Oral presentations:

Contributed presentations are scheduled for 15 minutes, including 3 minutes for questions and discussion. Invited talks are allotted 30 minutes, which also includes time for questions.

Standard audio-visual equipment including a projection system, a laptop, a laser pointer, and a microphone will be available in the lecture hall. Presentation slides should be prepared in Windows compatible PowerPoint format (preferred) or Adobe PDF format. Speakers are strongly encouraged to bring their presentations on a USB drive and upload the file to the laptop ahead of their session.

Poster presentations:

Each presentation will be assigned a poster board with an identifying label and pushpins. The usable size of each board is approximately A0 size (84.1 cm wide by 118.9 cm tall). The paper title and authors should be clearly displayed on the poster. Presenters are requested to set up their posters by 4:00 PM on November 4 and stand by their assigned boards during the poster session for discussions. The posters should be promptly removed at the end of the session.
